We come from different backgrounds with mechanical, electrical, software, analytical, creative, and business minded aspects. We’ve worked for small family-owned companies and large publicly-traded companies. We’ve completed a lot of great projects in our previous lives, but we found that we just wanted to do more of the things that we love doing. So the best way to do that is to jump in with both feet and create a company that would let us do more projects, bigger projects, and branch out in as many areas of automation as we can, to continue to fulfill the need to learn more technologies and continue to do everything better. We wanted to build a culture of teamwork and be a highly employee-focused company. We want to work on solutions that can be visualized, developed, and created with as little inefficiency as possible. We want to build a company that our children and their children will want to be a part of. We want to approach work decisions from the point of view of always building a better environment for our customers, ourselves and our families. And that is our mission.
